Before I became a therapist, I was first a client (and still am). It was within that relationship where I experienced the gift of therapy—a connecting, nonjudgmental space where my story could be witnessed generously. That's where my journey towards being my most authentic self began.
What fulfills me most is helping women and men experience true belonging: within themselves and with the people they care about. I'm really grateful to have found a career that brings me so much purpose and joy.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm happiest when I'm somewhere in the sun with my 2 daughters and husband. As a mom of littles, you'll usually find me creating chalk masterpieces in the summer or whipping up my homemade hot cocoa recipe in the winter.
Before discovering my love for this field, I was pursuing my passion for gymnastics. I spent much of my childhood and teen years traveling as a competitive gymnast, with uneven bars being my favorite event. While I don’t compete anymore, I still try to sneak in the occasional cartwheel. I'm also a huge fan of the Olympics—and an even bigger fan of the show Survivor.

My first love was gymnastics. I traveled around the country competing all 4 events. My favorite skill was a double back dismount off of the uneven bars.
SPORTS
Like many people, I love traveling and I'm fortunate to have been to 14 countries. My 2 favorite memories include a 13 hour hike over the Besseggen Ridge in Norway, and paragliding in the village of Adelboden, Switzerland.

My Spotify playlist is all over the place- from Noah Kahan to Taylor Swift.... but people are usually surprised to learn I really love rap and hip hop. If I'm in the car by myself, that's probably what I'm listening to.

Faith and church community are a value of mine. I work with clients from different value systems and backgrounds, and it's important to me to hold a stance of unconditional positive regard towards all people.
