The frequency of our sessions depends on your unique history and goals. Many clients start by meeting weekly or every other week to build momentum. Over time, it's common for clients to transition to meeting once a month as they make progress and feel more confident applying what they've learned on their own.

how often will we meet?

My standard therapy sessions are 60 minutes. I also offer 90 minute sessions for couples, as well as marriage intensives.

how long is each session?

My standard rates are:
 $175 for individual therapy 
 $195 for couples therapy
$145 for premarital counseling
 I accept all major credit cards and HSA cards. I do not accept insurance, however I'm happy to provide you with any necessary documentation to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
