Premarital counseling offers you an intentional space to build a strong foundation for your future together. In our sessions, we focus on what research shows are the 2 most essential element to successful relationships: emotional connection and the ability to rupture & repair. I'd be honored to help set you on a path toward a fulfilling and secure relationship!
Premarital Counseling
A marriage intensive is 3 months of therapy in 3 days. This is best for couples who intend to do follow-up therapy, but would like to get a jump start on their goal of a more secure relationship. I help you identify the patterns that keep you distant, guide you toward accesses your deeper emotions, and facilitate you having new conversations.
